Get your Verde Cricket Facility Funded by the ECB!

 The ECB recently opened their County Grants Fund to affiliated clubs to improve their facilities. The fund is targeted towards clubs that are a part of ECB programmes, including All Stars or Dynamos 2025. Additionally, funding is open to clubs that are involved with competitive female cricket teams and/or disability cricket.

Funding comes under three main themes: to create welcoming environments, enhance facilities, and tackle climate change.

Investing in club development is essential for the continued growth of cricket, making the sports more inclusive and accessible. Expanding facilities means more opportunities for players, helping cricket thrive and bringing communities together.

At Verde Sports, we believe cricket should be available to everyone. That's why we strongly encourage clubs to tak advantage of this funding opportunity to strengthen their teams and facilities.

Verde Cricket offers two different ECB-approved systems that can be used with the funding. These pitches are available for funding under Project Theme 3.2 – Providing Enhanced Facilities and Playing Opportunities – supporting Women’s and Girls’ Cricket and/or Disability Cricket. However, we strongly encourage you to apply for whichever theme suits your club and your needs the most.
