And They're Off! - Royal Ascot Begins...

Guests from all over the UK have flocked to Ascot Racecourse today to mark the beginning of the Royal Ascot festival 2021 - the first back at the racecourse in 2 years. The 60,000 guests across the 5 days will be dressed up to the nines as we celebrate not only spectators being allowed to return trackside but also the amazing concourse area they have waiting for them, thanks to our friends over at A Garden For all Seasons.

Kevin and his team have spent the month tirelessly preparing the ground, unloading vehicles and installing our popular Super Verdegrass ready for the event starting today. You can tell by looking at the photos the elegant finish it gives to a luxury racecourse setting. The real non-slip, all weather characteristics of the Super Verdegrass won't become obvious until winter time when we start to see colder weather and rain. For now, it just looks fantastic!
