Wonderful Winter for Verde Sports Cricket

The period between November and March normally mean a barren period for the installation of new cricket facilities. With short days, frost and occasional snow; work is usually restricted in February to resurfacing projects and maintenance contracts. But the 2011-12 winter has bucked the norm and seen the installation of four major practice pitch projects in .... Orpington, Kent; Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire; Carsons and Mangotsfield, Gloucestershire; and Baxenden, Lancashire. Spring is now upon us and the work keeps flooding in. Major new contracts are now commencing which will keep our installation teams busy for quite some time.
