Premier Pad

Premier Pad is a Verde Sports Exclusive Product that is a key component within our ECB-Approved Premier System.

The Premier Pad reduces the need and quantity of aggregate below by providing much of the pace and bounce. Where a Premier Pad is installed you can expect even and steady pace with consistent bounce, ideal for young cricketers.

A Premier Pad is a combination of fibre bonded carpet adhered to a 3.5mm foam. This process is completed in-house by Verde and allows us to complete quality checks before being sent to the customer.

Traditionally bought with an AP10 Shockpad and Super Verde Wilton.

Premier Pad is installed between the sub-base and the AP10 Shockpad and is there to reduce the need for the aggregate below. It is possible to install a Premier Pad onto a compacted soil sub-base and this would provide a slow bouncey surface.

Premier Pad can be installed onto the sub-base using 6" Galvanised Nails.
