Brand New Greens for Kettle Bowling Club!

Kettle Bowling Club, Fife, recently ordered Verde Pitch Top and Profiled Rubber to upgrade their greens in time for bowls season. Running from April to September, bowls are a fantastic way to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and socialise. Since 2022, Kettle Bowling Club has been part of Bowls Scotland’s ‘Try Bowls Club’ initiative. Facing possible closure due to declining membership, the club turned things around after joining the program. By hosting an open day with food and games, they encouraged newcomers—including children—to give bowls a try, resulting in a surge in sign-ups. Since then, the club has gone from strength to strength, leading to their recent decision to refurbish their bowling greens.
